It’s all about having the stock, says Redmount

Redmount, the mobile column lift specialist, says the secret to the company’s continued success is all about having the stock in the warehouse, when the customer wants it.

Ray Kenny of Redmount told CVWorkshop.ie: “We notice that some customers are fast, more emotional, and want the item today. Others customers are slower and more analytical. But when they decide to buy, yep – they want the item today.

“So one question we always get asked early on, is ‘how soon can I have it?’. To which we reply ‘today, or tomorrow – whatever day suits you’.”

Redmount holds all its products in stock with no waiting times. Kenny continued: “We don’t take your order, or your money and then make you wait weeks, or months, for the item to arrive. When our customer wants an item, we have it ready and waiting.”

Redmount currently has 35 sets of mobile column lifts in stock ready for delivery, at any given time.

“We have 22 tonne, 30 tonne, or 34 tonne sets is stock, where sets can be combined to give a max lift capacity of 134 tonne, should you need it,” he concluded
