Light commercial vehicle (LCV) owners are being reminded that smart tachograph rules are about to change. From the end of this month (1st July 2026), LCVs over 2.5 tonnes in international transport or cabotage (the right to operate sea, air, or other transport services within a particular territory) need a smart tachograph.
