DragonSea moves to electric removals with 37 Farizon SV vans

DragonSea, an international shipping company with depots in London and Edinburgh, is taking delivery of 37 Farizon SV electric vans.

The deal for 37 of the L1H1 83 kWh vans was facilitated by Driveway Vehicle Solutions, which has arranged for the vans to be leased to DragonSea for two years.

Available in Ireland through Frank Keane Ballymount and M50 Truck & Van Centre, the Farizon SV L1H1 83 kWh offers a generous 6.95 m3 of load space, a maximum payload of 1,265 kg, and an ultra-low loading height of just 550 mm.

Combined with a range of up to 377km (WLTP Combined), the van’s attributes are ideally suited for moving household belongings and furniture as part of DragonSea’s door-to-door removals service.

Ben Lowe, business development manager at Driveway Vehicle Solutions, said: “DragonSea presented a particularly interesting challenge. The business needed an electric van capable of carrying large, heavy household goods while offering the range and reliability to support its specialist removals service.

“After assessing the available options, it became clear that the Farizon SV was the right fit, combining impressive payload capacity, generous load space and the range needed to support the business’s daily operations.”
