DAF Trucks makes senior parts and aftersales appointments

DAF Trucks has made a number of senior UK and Ireland appointments, including a new parts director and aftersales service manager.

Luke Agius has been promoted to retail parts sales director for the UK and Ireland, where he will report to Gareth Halliwell, parts sales and marketing director, UK & Ireland.

Agius brings 12 years of experience within PACCAR, having held positions of increasing responsibility across both the UK and the US in that time.

Andy Mudie has been promoted to the role of aftersales services manager from Aftersales Systems and DAFaid Manager – a role he has held since 2024.

With more than 30 years of experience of commercial vehicles, Mudie recently completed a Level 7 Institute of Management qualification through his roles as a British Army Reserve Warrant Officer in the Royal, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

Meanwhile, Louis Jones being promoted to the position of marketing and business intelligence director, where he will be responsible for marketing, customer service, business analysis and sales engineering.

The news follows the appointment of James Stewart as UK sales director for DAF Trucks UK & Ireland earlier in 2026.

Having joined DAF Trucks more than two years ago as EV and connected services director, Jones will continue to look after DAF Trucks’ electric vehicle developments alongside his new role for the foreseeable future.

As he joins the company’s senior management team, Jones will now report directly to Nigel Beckett, managing director, DAF Trucks UK and Ireland.

In a further sales management announcement, Graham Crouch has joined DAF Trucks as sales engineering manager. A qualified DAF Master Technician, Crouch brings a wealth of product knowledge and dealer experience to the truck manufacturer.
