Alliance Automotive Group acquires Micksgarage for €9.5m

Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland has acquired e-commerce site Micksgarage.com in a deal said to be worth €9.5 million.

Founded in 2003 by Mayo brothers Ciaran and Mick Crean, Micksgarage.com has become one of Ireland’s leading online automotive parts retailers.

The business is now owned by leading distributor of passenger and commercial vehicle parts Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC).
