Jim Walenczak appointed president of DAF Trucks
Jim Walenczak has been promoted to the position of president of DAF Trucks N.V., effective 1st July, 2026. He is succeeding Harald Seidel, who will retire on 17th July.

Walenczak has been with PACCAR for 15 years. During his PACCAR career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including assistant general manager – operations at PACCAR Parts; assistant general manager of sales and marketing at Kenworth and, most recently, PACCAR vice president and general manager – Kenworth Truck Company.
Harald Seidel has been with PACCAR for 25 years and has been PACCAR vice president and DAF president since 2022.
