Kia reveals more details of its first electric van

Kia has revealed some more details of its forthcoming light commercial vehicle model range PV5. Its first ever fully electric van range will enter dealerships across Europe from later this year.

Kia says they will have key features such as: A dedicated EV platform E-GMP.S; A Cargo version with multiple body variants or passenger version (including WAV); Three battery capacities (51.5 or 71.2 kWh, smallest 43.3 kWh optional only for Cargo last-mile delivery version).

It also says that a maximum range of about 400km is promised, and the Cargo version will have a cargo volume of 5.1 m3. The cockpit in the Kia PV5 will feature a seven-inch digital dashboard and 12.9-inch multimedia touch screen.
