Pauline McKeating takes full ownership of MBNI Holdings

MBNI Holdings, the parent company of MB Truck & Van and Rossetts, has announced the successful completion of its full ownership to chief executive Pauline McKeating.

McKeating has been with the Dungannon-based company for more than 25 years, playing a key role in its expansion and success.

Having initially joined as an assistant accountant, McKeating rose through the ranks to become finance director and later chief executive.

In 2023, she secured majority ownership, paving the way for this latest development.

With operations spanning Northern Ireland and the south of England, MBNI Holdings today employs over 300 staff and generates an annual turnover exceeding £90 million.

“While ownership has changed, our focus remains on growth, innovation, and maintaining the high standards that have defined its success,” said McKeating.
