SDC Trailers donates £5k to The Lashes Foundation

SDC Trailers in Mansfield, England recently presented a £5,000 cheque donation to ‘The Lashes Foundation’ charity, which was set up in memory of 13-year-old Evie Wilson, to help both old and young people in the Mansfield, Clipstone, and surrounding areas.

Established in July 2021 by Evie’s parents, the Lashes Foundation provides support to relieve financial hardship, sickness, and poor health amongst the community through grants, goods, and services.

They also support young people by providing financial assistance for leisure time activities, academic, sport, and performing arts – an initiative which will improve their condition of life and enable them to participate in healthy recreational and educational activities that they could not otherwise afford.

SDC Trailers group president Paul Bratton said: “This donation was made possible through the generosity of our employees and is a token of our appreciation for the incredible work The Lashes Foundation does in the Mansfield, Clipstone, and surrounding areas.

“From all the team at SDC Trailers, we want to say a big thank you for the meaningful work you do, and we are honoured to be a part of supporting The Lashes Foundation continued success.”
