The Road Safety Authority (RSA), An Garda Síochána, the National Car Testing Service (NCTS) and the Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA) have today launched Tyre Safety Day, urging motorists, including the haulage industry to take greater responsibility for the condition of their tyres.
