DLZ Europe brings extensive range to the aftermarket
DLZ Europe offers an extensive range of steering and suspension components for the independent automotive aftermarket, covering many popular European, Asian and American passenger-car and light commercial vehicle applications.
The company’s core range comprises control arms, ball joints, tie rods, suspension links and rubber-to-metal components. DLZ says its growing catalogue now contains more than 9,000 individual references, giving motor factors and workshops access to broad vehicle coverage from a specialist chassis-component manufacturer.
Key product groups include:
- Steel and aluminium control arms
- Suspension ball joints
- Outer tie-rod ends
- Inner tie rods
- Complete tie-rod assemblies
- Stabiliser links
- Drag links and centre links
- Control-arm bushings
- Suspension bushings and other rubber-to-metal components

One of the strongest areas of the programme is the tie-rod range, which contains more than 2,500 references. These components are designed to provide accurate steering response, maintain correct wheel alignment and deliver dependable performance under changing road loads.
DLZ also lists more than 2,000 bushing references. The company uses natural rubber and chloroprene rubber in its bushings and dust covers, with the objective of balancing vibration isolation and ride comfort with durability. Its control-arm bushings are designed to absorb shocks while helping to maintain suspension geometry and vehicle stability.
The ball-joint programme extends to more than 800 references. As ball joints operate under continuous movement and considerable stress, DLZ places particular emphasis on materials, manufacturing tolerances and performance testing.
Meanwhile, the company’s suspension-link portfolio contains more than 1,500 references. This includes stabiliser links, intermediate links, drag links and centre links. The components are intended to restore precise steering, reduce unwanted movement and support predictable vehicle handling.
Complete control arms are another important part of the DLZ range. Steel and aluminium options are available, with many supplied as ready-to-fit assemblies incorporating the relevant bushings and ball joints. Complete assemblies can simplify installation, reduce the risk of mismatched components and help workshops complete suspension repairs more efficiently.
DLZ has more than 30 years of manufacturing and product-development experience. Its wider operation reports annual manufacturing capacity of approximately eight million components, supported by a 50,000-square-metre production facility and more than 500 employees.
For European motor factors, distributors and workshops, the attraction of the DLZ programme lies in its focus on one of the aftermarket’s most important repair categories. Steering and suspension parts are safety-critical products, and demand is being supported by ageing vehicle fleets, deteriorating road surfaces and the increasing weight and complexity of modern vehicles.
DLZ Europe will be exhibiting at the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO on stand W-01, which takes place alongside the CV Workshop EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
