Epyx and R2C Online to be acquired by OEC
Epyx, along with sister companies R2C Online and Business Gateway, are set to be acquired by automotive aftersales solutions provider OEConnection (OEC).
Corpay, Inc,, a corporate payments company, said it has signed a definitive agreement to sell the three companies to OEC and parent firm Francisco Partners.
The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions, and is expected to close later this year.
“We’re pleased to have reached agreement to sell our Epyx business to OEC and Francisco Partners, and believe the business is well positioned for continued success under its new ownership,” said Ron Clarke, chairman and CEO of Corpay.
Patrick Brown, CEO of OEC, added: “Epyx has built deep, long-standing relationships across the fleet and garage network ecosystem in the UK and Europe, and their platforms are purpose-built for the fleet market they serve.
“Bringing our organisations together reflects a shared commitment to the fleet and aftersales industry, and to the technology that keeps vehicles on the road. We look forward to working toward close and, in time, to welcoming their teams, customers, and partners into OEC.”
Customers of Epyx, R2C Online and Business Gateway can expect continuity of service, with existing contacts, agreements and services remaining in place.
R2C Online will be exhibiting at the 2026 CV Workshop EXPO, which takes place alongside the Auto Trade EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
