Mercedes electric ice cream van is a world-first

Whitby Morrison has revealed a fully-certified electric ice cream van based on a Mercedes-Benz eSprinter Chassis Cab, claiming to be a world-first.

The family-run specialist manufacturer said the van has been engineered from the ground up as a fully electric ice cream van and has successfully passed the Individual Vehicle Approval process.

The first example of the van has been delivered to Hocking’s of North Devon.
