Phinia appoints two new business development managers

Phinia, owner of the Delphi brand, has announced the appointment of Richard Masters as UK diesel business development manager and Mike Parker as business development specialist as it continues to strengthen its sales team and support future growth.

With more than two years’ experience at Phinia, Masters brings a wealth of customer-focused expertise to the role, having previously worked within the company’s Original Equipment Service (OES) division supporting some of its largest OE customers with their diesel service offering.

Masters will be responsible for managing and collaborating with key diesel customer accounts across the UK, helping to strengthen the Delphi product offering and deliver value through a customer-first approach.

Meanwhile, Parker joins Phinia as business development specialist, bringing over 20 years of experience in the sector, with a strong background in technical, commercial and business development roles.

In his new role, Parker will focus on supporting Phinia’s UK growth strategy, working closely with customers to identify opportunities and strengthen engagement across the business.

Aliya Lam, country director UK and Ireland at Phinia, said: “Both new appointments will further enhance our ability to support customers with the products, technical expertise and service they need to succeed. Investing in talented people is a key part of our growth strategy, and we’re excited to see the positive impact they will have on both our customers and the wider business.”
