Bosch enters CV air systems joint venture with TSF Group

Bosch has entered into a joint venture agreement with TSF Group’s Brakes India Private Limited (BIPL) and Wheels India Limited (WIL) brands, to drive growth in air systems for commercial vehicles.

The joint venture will focus on engineering, manufacturing and sales of electronically controlled and software driven modules for air compression, air processing, air suspension, and air parking brakes.

The joint venture will be a 50:50 partnership between Bosch and TSF Group (BIPL and WIL), aiming to commence operations by end of 2026.

Chairman of Bosch Mobility Markus Heyn, said the software will make commercial vehicles “even smarter, more modular, and more cost-efficient in the future”.

“With our extensive electronics and systems expertise, we will jointly create an attractive range of high-performance compressed air systems. Bosch is thus expanding its comprehensive portfolio for trucks and strengthening its leading role in the commercial vehicle industry,” he added.
