Wireless washbay lifts for Hilton Main Construction
Hilton Main Construction has strengthened its fleet maintenance capabilities with the acquisition of Totalkare’s brand-new G9DC washbay mobile column lifts.
Specifically designed for outdoor and washbay environments, the G9DC represents a “game-changing advancement in commercial vehicle lifting technology”, according to Totalkare.
The Totalkare G9DC Washbay Mobile Column Lift is said to be the first of its kind engineered for reliable outdoor use. Each column is hot-galvanised and fitted with sealed bearings to provide long-term protection against water ingress, ensuring consistent performance even in the harshest conditions.
Key technical highlights include:
- 8,000kg lifting capacity per column
- Wireless communication between columns for seamless, cable-free operation
- Configurable in sets of 4, 6, 8, or 10 columns (supporting up to 48-column operations)
- Adjustable wheel forks (500–1250mm) to accommodate a wide range of wheel diameters
- Hydraulic lifting system for smooth, dependable operation
- No installation or groundworks required, enabling rapid deployment indoors or outdoors
- These features make the G9DC an unrivalled solution for washbay facilities, where safety, reliability, and water resistance are critical.
Hilton Main Construction says the investment provides a robust, flexible solution for maintaining heavy vehicles used across its civil engineering and construction projects.
