Copart adds DAF XD Estepe seven-car transporters to fleet
Copart has become the first company in the UK’s salvage industry to introduce DAF XD seven-car transporters with specialist Estepe conversion chassis to its fleet.
The addition of the first two DAF XD Estepe transporters marks another milestone in the ongoing investment into Copart’s logistical capabilities.

Copart said the new DAF XD seven-car transporters feature a professionally lowered cab roof that allows vehicles to be safely loaded over the cab while remaining within strict vehicle height regulations.
This increases carrying capacity while supporting safe, compliant and efficient operations.
Phil Briggs, director of operation centres, transport and SVO at Copart UK said: “We’re proud to be the first company in the salvage industry to introduce these DAF XD Estepe transporters.
“They are another example of how we’re building a fleet that’s fit for the future, giving us even greater flexibility to collect vehicles of all types and sizes safely, efficiently and at scale.
“By maintaining a diverse range of transport solutions, we can ensure that the right vehicle can be deployed for every collection. This helps our drivers to access more challenging locations while providing the most suitable and fuel-efficient transport option.”
Copart will be exhibiting at the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO at the RDS Simmonscourt from 10th-11th October.
