Siegner appointed CEO of Kögel Trailer

Kögel Trailer GmbH has appointed Markus Siegner as its new chief executive officer, effective 1st January, 2026.

He succeeds Christian Renners, who left the company in September 2025.

In his role, Siegner will also be responsible for operations, supply chain, development and logistics.

His focus is on increasing customer benefits through digital and electronic solutions as well as sustainable management and further increasing the company’s productivity.

Siegner has more than 25 years of international management experience in the industry, most recently as COO of AL-KO Vehicle Technology.

Previously, he held various senior management positions at Osram over many years, including COO of a global business unit, VP for manufacturing and procurement and other management roles in Europe and Asia.
