ELTA Automotive secures exclusive licence for Lucas Spark Plugs

ELTA Automotive, a leading vehicle component specialist, has been awarded the exclusive licence to produce and distribute Lucas Spark Plugs throughout Europe (including Ireland) and the UK.

This milestone marks a significant expansion of the Lucas portfolio under ELTA’s stewardship, and builds on the success of the Lucas Vision range — particularly in automotive bulbs, which have seen substantial growth in sales and market share.

ELTA says this latest addition further strengthens its commitment to delivering trusted, high-quality components to the automotive industry.

ELTA Automotive told CVWorkshop.ie that FG7 will be the distributor of Lucas Spark Plugs for Ireland, adding that this launch represents “an exciting opportunity” for workshops to ignite sales with a trusted brand.
