New DAF XB for Leinster Tack Coating

Leinster Tack Coating has taken delivery of a new DAF 18-tonne XB 310 4X2 rigid unit from DAF Distributors Ireland.

The vehicle was handed over to Leinster Tack Coating managing director Dominic Bourke, by DAF national fleet manager Paul O’Reilly.

The Newbridge-based company’s new DAF XB has a 30hp PX-7 engine paired with a nine-speed manual crawler gearbox, with a 200-litre fuel capacity and a rear-engine PTO.

As well as coming with a full DAF three-year factory warranty, this new rigid unit also boasts cruise control, forward collision warning, advance emergency braking system and reverse warning. It has also been fitted with a tar spreader by Unilok in Galway.
