Van operators advised to checkout VanSafe

Van operators are being advised to check out the Vansafe website (www.vansafe.ie), in relation to matters relating to compliance.

“VanSafe audits operational compliance in the areas of vehicle and equipment maintenance, safe working environment, vehicle standards, driver licensing and competence, customer care, sustainable operations, contractor and agency management and health and safety,” said Aidan Flynn, chief executive of FTA Ireland.

“Members undertake an annual audit of their compliance in these areas. This process demonstrates members’ commitment to compliance and safety standards and also affords recognition for the company and team for the work being done to attain the highest possible compliance standards,” he added.
