New name for Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket

From 1st November 2024, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd will rename to Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions UK Ltd.

In a statement sent to suppliers today, Schaeffler said that “all other company identification information will remain unchanged”, while the change of name “does not require the amendment of the existing contracts”.

It added that “all rights and obligations arising from the existing contracts between our companies remain unaffected”.

“After November 1st 2024, we kindly ask you to use only our new company name Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions UK Ltd in all correspondence between us and in all documents and invoices sent to us. In all other respects your account with us should remain unchanged,” the statement also said.
