Hella highlights Mercedes Sprinter parts coverage
Hella’s vehicle of the month for August is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with this month’s focus highlighting the 291 part numbers Hella provides for the dependable van.
Hella’s ongoing vehicle of the month campaign highlights the extent of its comprehensive parts offering. The full Hella Sprinter range takes in lighting, electronics and switches, along with sensors, rotating electrics, exhaust components and filters, all of which are soaring in demand for these high-mileage workhorses.
“One of the unexpected outcomes of the online shopping boom has been the fact that delivery vans have become an even more common sight than ever before,” said Helen Goldingay, UK marketing and communications manager at Hella, “and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is among the most reliable examples out there. However, considering the astronomical mileage many of them are doing as they serve our home delivery needs, they are definitely in need of regular attention from garages. This makes parts availability a major priority.”
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was first unveiled in 1995, and since then there have been three generations, all of which have been variously deployed as a standard van, dropside van or minibus, with multiple door variants and heights, and EV versions too in recent years.
“By focusing on the parts we provide for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Hella is providing a prime example of how far-reaching our parts portfolio is on the LCV front, and the VRN look-up available via Hella Tech World will show all the parts available,” she added.
Hella Tech World is a free portal which contains technical information supporting garages with diagnostics and repair notes, technical product information, installation and removal instructions and assistance for problem solving.
By signing up to the newsletter, the garage/technician will receive regular updates on the latest technologies, products and service tips.
