Midland Tyres wins F1 fastest pitstop challenge

Chris Parle and Luke McRedmond of Midland Tyres were the winners of the Formula One fastest pitstop challenge at last week’s The Tire Cologne in Germany, taking just 13.19 seconds to remove and refit the wheels on an F1 car.

The pair were more than a second faster than second place RGR Reifen Group from Germany. A total of 35 companies entered the competition from all over the world.
