Denise Harris honoured with Outstanding Service to the Industry award

At last week’s 2024 Irish Car and Van of the Year awards, Harris Group CEO, Denise Harris was honoured with the ‘Outstanding Service to the Industry’ award.

This award is given out by the Motoring Media Association of Ireland (MMAI) to honour diligent service to the industry, not necessarily long years.

It is the fourth year that the award has been given: firstly to Anne O’Leary of Ford, then to Don Hall of Hall PR / Mercedes-Benz and last year it was awarded to Aidan Doyle of Kia on the occasion of his retirement from the business.

Upon receiving the award on 3rd November at the Conrad Hotel in Dublin, Ms Harris paid tribute to her late husband Robert ‘Pino’ Harris, who founded the Harris Group. She also praised the entire team at the Harris Group for helping the business remain one of Ireland’s leading importers and distributors of commercial vehicles.
