Supplier of the year award for ZF Aftermarket

ZF Aftermarket was recently awarded Supplier of the Year 2023 by Groupauto International (GAI) at an annual event held in Istanbul, Turkey.

Philippe Colpron, head of ZF Aftermarket, accepted the award and expressed his gratitude, saying: “We are humbled and honoured to receive this award, and it highlights our continuous commitment to better serving our customers.

“It also motivates us to work even harder and remain dedicated to our customers as we continue to advance the industry and the servitisation of the mobility ecosystem.”

GAI, an international dealer network of spare parts and services for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, presents its supplier of the year award annually to recognise “outstanding performance” among its supplier partners.

The votes that result in the award are based on business conducted within the GAI network at 15,734 points of sale across 109 countries.

Evaluation criteria include product and program quality, as well as business transactions of the suppliers with the individual members of the wholesale group. These transactions are assessed based on factors like availability, service level of delivery, technical support, marketing and sales support, and other services.
