New DAF LF 230 for Laois Hire

Plant and tool hire firm Laois Hire recently took receipt of a brand-new DAF LF 230 rigid unit from DAF Trucks Ireland.

Its new DAF LF 230 has an eight-speed Powerline automatic gearbox and is powered by a PX-7 engine delivering 227 hp.

Spec includes a day cab, halogen head lights, pneumatically adjustable steering column, luxury air suspended driver seat, and much more.

Additional work includes a body supplied and fitted by Thompson Body Builders in Carlow, while graphics were supplied by Tom Byrne in Wexford.
