With over 150 years of spring manufacturing experience, Lesjöfors produces the world’s largest range of coil springs for the automotive aftermarket. In addition to replacement coil springs, the brand produces market-leading ranges of gas, leaf and sport springs.

Always popular with Serfac customers, Lesjöfors is a leading supplier to the global independent aftermarket and is continually adding new references to its range that now covers over 98 per cent of the Irish car parc.

Lesjöfors produces the world’s largest range of standard and heavy-duty OE replacement coil springs using superior-grade spring steel and state-of-the-art computer controlled machines, ensuring high quality standards and full control over availability.

An advanced zinc phosphate and epoxy powder paint surface treatment provides longer life to Lesjöfors springs by minimising corrosion. Both parallel wire springs (constant thickness) and tapered wire options where the original spring is tapered are offered, giving customers and installers more choice.

Lesjöfors also produces and stocks a full range of boot and bonnet gas springs, with over 1,600 parts covering a wide variety of European and Asian applications. All gas springs are supplied complete with end fittings for ease of installation and stock availability is consistently in excess of 99 per cent. All Lesjöfors gas springs are manufactured to OE standards.

The Lesjöfors Leaf Spring range covers 4WD and light commercial vehicles, including vans and pick-ups for over 70 different models, including many European and Asian applications. Most leaf springs are supplied fully bushed and ready to fit and a complete range of U-bolts are available for both standard and heavy-duty applications. Parabolic, multi-leaf, and composite springs are available, all of which are manufactured to OE matching quality.

Lesjöfors sports springs will safely lower vehicles by up to 50mm, substantially improving road holding and providing a sportier driving experience. Most Lesjöfors sports kits are TÜV compliant, ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance.

Every kit is designed to be fitted with the original shock absorbers and gas shocks can be used to further enhance the ride. Popular kits in the range include the Audi A4, Ford Focus, Peugeot 306, BMW 3-Series, Opel Corsa and Volkswagen Golf.
