Trinity Motors gets comprehensive garage fit-out

Trinity Motors in Ardcavan, Co Wexford recently received a comprehensive garage fit-out for its new workshop.

The dealer required a reliable and efficient oil dispensing system designed to meet the high demands and frequent use by multiple technicians.

It called upon Rotech for this, who said the main objective in this project was to optimise oil and fluid management and meet the requirements of Trinity Motors.

Rotech installed a full Piusi system which incorporated two oil reel banks for multiple oil types, air reels, air points, water reels, gun barrel pipework, pneumatic-operated oil pumps, drip trays, anti-drip digital dispensing nozzles, waste oil drainers and waste oil suction points.

Also involved in this impressive garage fit-out was workshop equipment specialist P.J. Fallon & Son, who installed five PA-6246 twin hydraulic two post lifts from Phoenix Automotive.

The PA-6246 uses direct drive hydraulic rams and a single point safety lock release system. This means there are very few moving parts and components within the vehicle lift.

The folded column design increase the post strength and also enables the lift to be installed in either symmetrical or asymmetrical configuration.

The PA-6246 boasts a 4,000kg lifting capacity and can be raised or lowered in just 50 seconds.
