Vision 360 for eliminating blind spots

Vehicle lighting and safety specialist Vignal Group used this week’s Automechanika Birmingham to showcase its Vision 360 solution, designed to eliminate blind spots on all types of vehicles.

Commercial vehicle drivers are required to make delicate maneuvers several times a day. To help with this, Vignal Group says its Vision 360 solution offers four high resolution cameras, a central unit, a screen and remote controls.

The cameras are located on each side of the vehicle, as well as at the front and rear, and provide the driver with a 360-degree view via the screen located in front of the driver’s seat.

The intelligent system also offers automatically activated views (rear view with reverse gear engaged, right view with right turn signal, etc.).

The cameras can be oriented at the driver’s convenience using the remote controls.

Designed for drivers of commercial, industrial and heavy vehicles, the Vision 360 is an innovative device ideal for avoiding collisions with other vehicles, people or objects.
