Tool Connection bringing leading brands to Automechanika
The Tool Connection will be exhibiting at Automechanika Birmingham from 6th-8th June, covering both workshop and bodyshop markets, with the Laser Tools and Power-Tec brands, along with Connect Workshop Consumables for both markets.
This year the company will be featuring many of the latest advancements that relate to electric vehicles, and their service and repair requirements.
For a number of years, The Tool Connection has been working in conjunction with OE clients to develop specialist solutions for modern electric vehicles.
Working with the OEMs provides an insight into what the independent workshop might require in the future, and the company says it is always looking at ways to convert such OE projects into aftermarket solutions.
Electrically powered vehicles — battery electric, plug-in hybrids, and self-charging hybrids, all of which feature high voltage systems, pose new risks and challenges for workshops and bodyshops.
The company’s presence at Automechanika Birmingham will showcase many of the latest solutions for these high voltage vehicles — for charging, testing, servicing and repairing, in order to provide safer solutions for workshops, bodyshops, and their technicians, thus offering a full service to their customers.
Laser Tools Racing’s British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) driver, Jake Hill, will be attending the first day of the show, and there will also be several prizes to be won on the Tool Connection stand.
