First Line launches new-look online catalogue
First Line Ltd. has unveiled a new look for its online catalogue, WebCat, offering customers an enhanced user experience with improved functionality as part of its commitment to supporting its distributors.
First Line’s WebCat offers one of the most comprehensive catalogues in the aftermarket. Customers can look-up over 40,000 references, across 60 different product groups for over 1.5 million applications including passenger cars, LCVs and HGVs.
New and updated features of WebCat include a redesigned product menu layout for improved efficiency and a new-to-range page to show new products as soon as they are released and available to purchase.
For authorised users, new features include live pricing and stock availability, improved shopping basket functionality, visibility of previous webcat orders placed, plus a new bulk upload option for stock orders via CSV to speed up the ordering process.
Kevin Neaverson, global sales director for First Line Ltd. commented: “Our new WebCat has been enhanced to offer users a better overall experience, with greater levels of functionality over the current version.
“We’re delighted to offer a catalogue solution that goes above and beyond for our customers, and we will continue to invest to provide the high level of customer service that people have come to expect.”
