Are you using wet on wet primers?
Autopaint Supplies has shared some photos of two recent jobs where its customers have utilised wet on wet primers.
On the first job (the below lorry), a coat of dark grey Mipa F37 was applied to give uniformity to the cab prior to the basecoat. Selecting this colour wet on wet massively reduced colour usage, Autopaint Supplies said.
In the second example (the below plastics), the customer requested a way around high building and rubbing plastics prior to paint. Autopaint Supplies suggested Mipa PU150-30 as a wet on wet, which allows for multiple coats and can be tinted to any solid colour. Again, this reduces topcoat usage and also reduces both labour time and material usage.
Autopaint Supplies says it has an option to fit any job, regardless of substrate or size. For more information on the Mipa Paints range contact Autopaint Supplies on (042) 932 8317.
