Hankook’s SmartFlex all-season range of truck tyres are able to deal with various weather-related road conditions throughout the year.
The line-up has been designed for medium to long haul purposes, offering exceptionally strong traction and support fuel-efficient driving.
The SmartFlex TH31 trailer tyre is a recent addition to the all-season range. Its wide, closed shoulder area supports stable straight driving and ensures good lateral stability. Chamfered tread grooves help prevent splintering.
Thanks to the M+S marking and the 3PMSF snowflake symbol it is optimally equipped for all winter weather conditions, like slush, ice and snow, without neglecting the summer properties so can be fitted all year round.
The stiffness of the tread blocks promotes exceptionally fuel-efficient operation. The special tread design also supports even tyre wear thereby sustainably reducing the total cost of ownership for fleet operators and freight companies in terms of service life.
SmartFlex AH31
Hankook’s SmartFlex AH31 is an all-season truck tyre that is well-suited for variable road and weather conditions. Because of its design, the AH31 provides even wear and high mileage performance with very low rolling resistance.
The steer axle tyre is designed for a convenient and strong usage while operating on long and regional distances. The tyre features the M+S and 3PMS (3 Peak Mountain Snowflake) marks as well as a pattern with wide tread and shoulder design, along with three dimensional kerfs which ensures longer mileage, good handling performance and minimised irregular wear.
SmartFlex DH31
The Hankook Smartflex DH31 is a drive axle tyre for medium to long haul purposes. It provides a solid six rib tread design with tread blocks in six-angle shape for improved grip, higher mileage and reduced irregular wear.
Hankook’s patented self regenerating kerfs in the centre of each block prevent tearing at block edges thus providing good traction throughout the tyre’s life.
SmartFlex TH31
The SmartFlex TH31 is an all-year tyre for medium to long haul applications. It offers four main tread grooves to ensure optimum water displacement, a chamfered profile block design to prevent material splintering and extra-wide closed shoulder area which supports high driving stability and ensures good lateral stability as well as even wear.
All Smartflex tyres come with Hankook’s 3-dimensional full depth kerf solution. This results in a particularly even wear pattern, allowing for further mileage increase thus adding to the tyres economic efficiency.
In case of the drive axle tyre 3D-kerfs care for a consistently high traction performance even in the later stages of wear.
