Ford delivers first new E-Transit minibus

Ford has confirmed the first UK delivery of its new fully electric E-Transit minibus to a country home in Hampshire, a landmark step towards decarbonising the crucial sector.

The 15-seat minibus, delivered by PHVC Minibus and Fleet Suppliers (PHVC), includes advanced features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and automatic emergency braking, boosting driver safety, along with ample space for the driver and 14 passengers.

The vehicle was ordered by the White House in Curdridge, Hampshire, a country home that cares for people living with dementia, enabling staff to transport residents to and from the home, such as for off-site excursions.
