Harrison Solway expands logistics services with new SDC trailer fleet
East Yorkshire logistics provider Harrison Solway has taken delivery of six new curtainsider trailers from SDC, the first in a new relationship with the firm.
The investment is part of a wider growth strategy from the logistics firm, which specialise in the transport of food, grocery, and general products across the UK.
Harrison Solway worked with SDC to develop a detailed specification in line with its diverse client requirements.
The 4.4m tri-axle trailers were built to EN 12642-XL quality standard at SDC’s Mansfield factory and fitted with Haldex braking and roll stability system, ISO Regulation and LED lighting, GRP toolbox, protection buffers, sliding coupling box and low maintenance JOST landing legs.
Custom printed curtains provide a striking and long-lasting finish featuring ‘Divine Chocolate’, ‘CPD Direct’, ‘Cartwright & Butler’ and ‘Finlays’ liveries.
Matthew Duxbury, SDC Trailers sales manager said: “Customer satisfaction is one of SDC’s core values alongside our commitment to developing high quality semi-trailer solutions that will add value to our customers operations.”
