FTAI Transport Manager Seminar returns in October
FTA Ireland’s Transport Manager Seminar is due to return this 19th October, to be held at Johnstown House Hotel Enfield, County Meath.
The event will allow delegates the opportunity to hear from a range of senior industry experts and policy makers who will be discussing key legislation and topical issues.
Aidan Flynn, chief executive of FTAI, commented: “Whether businesses operate a small fleet of just one vehicle, or a larger fleet of over one hundred vehicles, it is vital that they remain compliant.
“FTAI’s Transport Manager Seminar is an essential tool to help keep transport managers up-to-date with the very latest industry developments amid the ongoing uncertainty to international supply chains, providing the latest changes in regulation and information to support future business plans.”
The seminar features an impressive speaker line-up, including a keynote session from the Minister of State for Transport, Hildegarde Naughton. Other speakers include key figures from the Department of Transport, Road Safety Authority, Motor Insurance Bureau of Ireland, and Dublin Airport Authority.
Topics to be covered by the event’s speakers include decarbonising transport, fleet operator compliance, the introduction of a new national fleet database and the importance of air freight for the Irish economy.
This year’s programme is sponsored by ENPROVA, Brigade Electronics and Calor Ireland. To attend, the cost for FTAI members is €225 plus VAT; for non-FTAI members the fee is €275 plus VAT. An early bird rate of €190 plus VAT is available for any tickets booked before 16th September.
