Kerr’s Tyres Group has completed the purchase of Auto-Bann in Portadown, Co Armagh.
Auto-Bann will become the 13th Kerr’s Tyres & Auto location in Northern Ireland and the first in Portadown.
In addition to the business, Kerr’s Tyres & Auto has also announced that it will open a 12 bay workshop at the same location to service the local community.
All Auto-Bann employees will join the Kerr’s Tyres & Auto, while Andrew Litter will remain in position as centre manager ensuring a continuity of service.
Kerr’s Tyres & Auto now encompasses more than 150 employees across 19 locations in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
