Marion Taylor-Ringsell has been appointed DHL Supply Chain vice president of operations for Ireland and the UK.
Taylor-Ringsell has 26 years’ experience in the logistics sector, covering small parcel, retail, automotive and industrial across both domestic and international operations for companies including Amazon.
She will manage DHL Supply Chain’s Asset Management Centre of Excellence (AMCOE) with responsibility for vehicle procurement, fuel purchasing, compliance, engineering and facilities maintenance.
Ian Clough, DHL Supply Chain managing director of network logistics and transport, said: “The events of the last year have shown just how vital a forward-thinking transport partner can be to the fortunes of a business, and I’m sure Marion will play a critical role in ensuring our teams do all they can to help our customers succeed.”
