Ranger and Transit top Ford’s 212 CV offers
The Ford 212 registration sales promotion includes a mix of price savings on selected models coupled with low APR finance packages of 2.9 per cent.
In the case of Ireland’s top selling pick up model, the Ford Ranger, there is a zero per cent APR offer or a price saving of €4,700 specifically on the attractive Wildtrak series.
John Manning, market lead of Ford Ireland said: “As with the wider economy, business within the commercial vehicle sales segment has been seriously affected by the multiple lockdowns and the consequent disruption to our operations.
“However, the huge boom in online shopping as a direct result of the pandemic and the consequent growth in home deliveries was one factor that helped to buoy up sales of vans over the period and we have seen that continue into 2021.
“To capitalise on this business opportunity, we have announced an enticing suite of 212 registration price savings across our range of CVs.”
In addition to the 2.9 per cent finance deals, customers can avail of savings on all of Ford’s key CV models including:
- Fiesta Van with a saving of up to €1,500
- Transit Courier with a saving of up to €3,000
- Transit Connect with a saving of up to €1,750
- Transit Custom with a saving of up to €6,500
- Transit with a saving of up to €8,000
And of course, there is the zero per cent APR offer on the Ranger Wildtrak or a saving of up to €4,700.
Manning added: “The Ford Ranger has grown in popularity in Ireland year-on-year to the point where it is the top-selling vehicle in its segment.
“Already for 2021, we have sold 455 Ranger units here, more than double the number of our nearest competitor and 55 percent of the total number sold from this segment.
“These great incentives for buying the new Ranger Wildtrak will really help to cement that leadership position for the nameplate in Ireland.”
