Knorr-Bremse in negotiations to acquire Hella

Knorr-Bremse has revealed that it is in talks to acquire the majority of shares in Hella.

In a brief statement, Knorr-Bremse said it is “generally interested” in acquiring 60 per cent of the shares in Hella, held by members of the founding family.

It concluded by saying negotiations are in “a very early stage” and that it is too soon to determine whether or not a deal will be struck.
