Headlight alignment unit from Power-Tec

Power-Tec’s headlight beam setter (part number 92622) is a fully adjustable headlight alignment unit that comes with a digital light meter as standard.

The unit is ideal for bodyshops and garages after accident repair, front-end strip down, headlight unit replacement and pre-NCT checks. It can also be used on cars and SUVs, light commercial vehicles and HGVs.

The unit features a high-precision glass visor and the beam-set height is adjustable between 230-1460mm; the light box is vertically adjustable with an adjustable checking panel. The base is wheeled to allow easy checking of both right and left headlights.

To use the beam setter, move the vehicle to a flat and level area of the workshop floor then wheel over the beam setter to quickly and easily check the headlight beam alignment.
