Goodyear partners with road freight operator Globaltruck

Goodyear has partnered with road freight operator Globaltruck, who operates within the Central region of Russia to the Urals, Siberia, the Far East and the countries of the European Union.

Its fleet includes 1,305 long-haul trucks plus 1,457 trailers, while all vehicles will be equipped with the latest Goodyear Fuelmax Gen-2 steering, drive and trailer tyres.

“The selection of a new tyre supplier was made by us based on an open tender, for which Goodyear presented the best offer meeting most of the metrics. We expect the tyres to offer improved fuel efficiency coupled with increased mileage and high traction. We hope that the newest Goodyear Fuelmax GEN-2 range will justify itself from a financial point of view and at the same time will support sustainable transportation,” says Ilya Sattarov, CEO of Globaltruck.

Globaltruck’s customer portfolio includes businesses in retail, FMCG, industry, as well as e-commerce and parcel delivery.
