CV Show moved to June 2021

The organisers of the Commercial Vehicle Show have said that the show will now take place from June 8-10 next year, moving from its traditional April date.

While organisers of the Birmingham show state that they are hopeful of “delivering the best possible show in the safest environment”, the UK remains one of the worst Covid-19 effected countries in the world, with over 1.3m confirmed cases – and counting – to date (WHO).

They add that moving the CV Show to a June date “provides more certainty to both exhibitors and visitors”, but much would need to change in the UK, and indeed here in Ireland, in regards controlling the spread of coronavirus over the next seven months, and beyond, before a show of this magnitude could take place in its traditional format.
