CIT students get high performance automotive seminar

Automotive & Transport Degree students at Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) recently took part in an ‘industry coffee morning’ with former CIT student Kieran Stack, who is now a high performance automotive aftersales coach, based in Melbourne, Australia.

“Students had the pleasure of watching a master communicator and motivator in action as Kieran delivered an incredible two hour session aimed directly at students starting out on their automotive journey – ‘What I know now, that I wish I knew then…’,” said Michael Ring, fleet sales manager at Ford Ireland and lecturer at Cork Institute of Technology .

Kieren Stack commented: “Thanks CIT for the opportunity to speak to and inspire your automotive students. You guys are setting them up for success just like you did for me 15 years ago.

“I’ve learned a lot during my journey and I was delighted to share these learnings with your students to help them avoid simple mistakes and accelerate them in their career. As I said, now is the time to be investing in your toolbox of skills.”
