CV Workshop Magazine, Ireland’s only dedicated commercial vehicle aftermarket magazine, is available now.
In this edition we report that the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) would like to contribute to the ongoing discussions on the evaluation of the End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) Directive, and more specifically on the potential inclusion of heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs) such as trucks and buses.
We also report that the European Parliament has unveiled new tyre labelling rules, that will make tyre labels more visible, more accurate and more future proof. The new labelling scheme for car and truck tyres aims to increase consumer awareness and fuel savings, improve safety and decrease noise pollution.
In Northern Ireland news, Dennisons, the Volvo dealer has pledged to raise £50,000 for charity in its 50th year of business.
In this edition we have features on ‘Parts’, ‘Lubricants’, ‘Batteries’, ‘Tyres’, ‘TechTalk’, ‘Bodyshop’ and ‘Workshop’.
