Prometeon and Alltrucks partner to benefit commercial vehicle workshops

Prometeon Tyre Group and Alltrucks Truck & Trailer Service have signed a partnership agreement to create synergies among leaders in 360 degree fleet management.

Thanks to the cooperation agreement, around 700 commercial vehicle workshops affiliated with the Alltrucks network will receive exclusive and privileged access to the tyre manufacturer’s portfolio, as the latter expands its product and service-expertise to offer more extensive service to existing and new customers.

L-R Nils Hollmann, Head of Sales, Marketing and Concept Development and Homer Smyrliadis, Managing Director of Alltrucks GmbH & Co. KG, Alexander Hild, Managing Director and Nico Spirito, Head of Sales of Prometeon Tyre Deutschland GmbH.

Alltrucks workshops benefit from the tyre manufacturer’s comprehensive product range and range of solutions, for example: direct purchase of commercial vehicle tyres, access to Prometeon’s Fleet Check tool, and the company’s central billing platform. Additional benefits include direct support for Alltrucks partners from Prometeon’s field service, as well as individual product- and technical-training.

Homer Smyrliadis, managing director of Alltrucks said: “We are pleased to establish additional competencies within our workshop network that will make it even easier for our partners to maintain and repair their commercial vehicle fully.

“One of the key-factors of the cooperation with Prometeon is its high degree of product competency and the quality offered by the global tyre manufacturer. The mutual understanding with regards to the support and qualification of partner workshops will play an essential role in the cooperation.”

Marco Solari, CEO Europe of Prometeon added: “In line with the path undertaken, for an ever-increasing international presence, today, with Alltrucks, we can count on another top network among our customers. The demands of our shared end customers, the fleets, are moving towards ‘everything from a single source’ solutions in order to minimize any service life. As part of the cooperation, we are glad to team up with the Alltrucks workshop partners with our expertise and develop the tyre business together with the partners.”
