Ballinlough Refrigeration recently added a new Parts Van to the company’s service portfolio. The new van will enhance the company’s aftersales offering throughout Ireland, according to Sales and Aftersales Manager, Neil Jordan.
Ballinlough Refrigeration has represented Thermo King refrigeration and Dhollandia tail lifts for more than a quarter of a century. The company is headquartered in Kingswood, Dublin with branches in Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon, Glanmire, Co. Cork and Oranmore in Co. Galway.
The company, which was established in 1986, also has three Service Affiliates that are fully trained and stocked with genuine Thermo King and Dhollandia parts. Over the years the company has developed a fine reputation for selling Thermo King refrigeration units and Dhollandia tail lifts and backing up its sales offering with high levels of customer service.
“We have four depots and three Service Affiliates throughout the country, that are fully stocked with genuine Thermo King and Dhollandia replacement parts,” said Sales and Aftersales Manager, Neil Jordan. He added: “For parts that are not on the shelf, they can be ordered for next day delivery.”
He elaborated: “We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are not that many companies that supply that level of service. Our customers know that if they call at 3 am with a problem, there is someone at the end of the phone that will help them.”
The addition of the company’s new Parts Van will further enhance the company’s aftersales offering. “We are a company that focuses on giving the best possible customer service,” Neil said.
The new Parts Van will visit the company’s existing customer base throughout the country initially but is available to everyone. The focus is on “Up Time”. “We want to make it easier for our customers to keep their vehicles on the road and not in the workshop, waiting for replacement parts,” Neil said.
The new van will carry a large stock of genuine Thermo King and Dhollandia parts.
Neil explained that haulage operators can maximise vehicle “Up Time” by carrying a limited stock of fast-moving parts.
There are also benefits in fitting genuine replacement parts, according to Neil. “Genuine parts provide the peace-of-mind of a quality guarantee over the longer term; genuine parts offer improved durability and reliability to deliver maximum uptime. Quite simply, it pays to go genuine.”
Working to defined routes, the van will call on existing customers on a regular basis. It will also spearhead a drive to expand the company’s customer base for genuine Thermo King and Dhollandia spare parts. “If you want the van to stop by, just give us a call”
