Headquartered in Amsterdam, TIP operates a fleet of 70,000 trailers available to customers in the transportation and logistics industry for full-service leasing and rental in 16 European countries and Canada. Customer-specific maintenance contracts and other additional service agreements ensure that TIP’s customers and their goods continue to move throughout Europe and Canada.
The agreement with WABCO includes equipping TIP trailers with advanced telematics and digital fleet management systems. These offer the best solutions for the different trailer types of TIP. This includes not only track-and-trace capabilities, but also advanced remote diagnostics capabilities of trailers and safety features such as tire pressure monitoring and cold chain management that are leaner,
