This all-electric Ford F-150 prototype has towed over 500 tonnes
Ford has tested the capabilities of its all-electric prototype Ford F-150 by having it tow 10 double-decker rail cars and 42 2019-model year F-150s, weighing approximately 567 tonnes.
Linda Zhang, chief engineer of the Ford F-150, was behind the wheel of the ever popular pickup for this task.
Ford has confirmed it will bring the all-electric F-150 to market. This will be in addition to the all-new F-150 Hybrid that goes on sale next year.
